Once implementation work begins, an amount equal to 1/12 of the annual subscription price is earned and non-refundable for implementation, onboarding, configuration and work performed, subject to the Agreement and applicable law.

2. Complete your venue profile. Send branding, course information, promotions and preferences.
3. Kickoff & configuration. We prepare your customized venue experience.
4. Review & approval. Your team reviews the venue configuration.
5. QR preparation & launch. We activate venue-specific access and prepare staff for guest use.

Implementation expectation: Most standard implementations are planned for approximately 15–30 days after required venue information and materials are received. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.
